Delete your Piano Tree account

You can permanently delete your Piano Tree account and associated data directly from within the app. Account deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

  1. Sign in to your Piano Tree account.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Click Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion.

What data is deleted?

When you delete your account, the following information is permanently removed from Piano Tree:

  • Personal account information
  • Learning progress
  • Sight-reading ratings and statistics
  • Uploaded songs and other user-created content
  • Account preferences and settings

What data may be retained?

  • Subscription and payment records are not stored by Piano Tree and are managed by our payment providers (such as Stripe, Apple, or Google Play).
  • Certain records may be retained for a limited time if required to comply with legal obligations or to prevent fraud.
